This article explains how to log in to your patient account using the MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) code that was sent to your cell phone via SMS or text message.
When you log in to the respiri app and/or the Health portal for the first time, a Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) code will be sent to your cell number. Ensure you have completed the initial account setup and created a password.
Note: A user who logs in for the first time receives an MFA code. Following this, they will not be required to enter MFA for every sign-in. However, for security purposes, users will be prompted to enter a new MFA code again after 30 days of inactivity.
Follow the instructions below to login to your patient account using the MFA code sent via SMS (text message) when:
respiri app is downloaded on your smartphone
- Open the respiri app and login using your patient account email address and password.
- A 6-digit Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) code will then be sent as SMS to your cell number.
Tap the code from the text message to copy the code and paste it into the verification screen. Or simply type the 6-digit code then tap Verify.

From an Android device:

wheezo® is not intended for diagnostic use. wheezo® is intended to detect and record abnormal breath sounds (continuous adventitious breath sounds/CABS) at the windpipe (trachea), reported as WheezeRate in adults and children (2 years and older).
When used to monitor wheeze, the user should be under the care of a licensed healthcare professional. A licensed healthcare professional’s advice is required to understand the meaning and importance of wheeze rate.
If the user is feeling breathless, or experiencing other symptoms, it is important to prioritise treatment over taking a wheeze rate. Do not delay treatment. Regardless of the wheeze rate, if the user has signs and symptoms such as, but not limited to, chest tightness, shortness of breath, coughing or wheezing, they should always follow their healthcare professional’s advice.
