This article explains how to log medication usage in the respiri app.
NOTE: Before you can log your medication/s usage in the respiri app, you will first need to set up your medication/s by adding them in the respiri app. Refer to this article if you have not yet added your medications: How do I add my medications in the respiri app?
- The quickest way to log your preventer medication usage in the respiri mobile app is to use daily tasks. Open the app and from your home screen swipe to Medications card. And tap Yes once you take your preventer medication. This will quickly log the time you took this preventer.
Or alternatively, go to Medications and then choose the Preventers tab then tap Log beside the name of the medicine. (See images below for reference)
- In the Log preventer, tap Log. And then it will go back to the Medications screen with a pop-up message 'Successfully logged'.
NOTE: When logging relievers, go to the Relievers tab instead and then to the same to log the relievers usage.
Every time you log your medication/s, it will be saved in your History in the respiri app. (See sample images below)

wheezo® is not intended for diagnostic use. wheezo® is intended to detect and record abnormal breath sounds (continuous adventitious breath sounds/CABS) at the windpipe (trachea), reported as WheezeRate in adults and children (2 years and older).
When used to monitor wheeze, the user should be under the care of a licensed healthcare professional. A licensed healthcare professional’s advice is required to understand the meaning and importance of wheeze rate.
If the user is feeling breathless, or experiencing other symptoms, it is important to prioritise treatment over taking a wheeze rate. Do not delay treatment. Regardless of the wheeze rate, if the user has signs and symptoms such as, but not limited to, chest tightness, shortness of breath, coughing or wheezing, they should always follow their healthcare professional’s advice.
